Attached here is format of Competency-Gap Matrix that we did & used for our Audit.
The competencies were taken from our Annual perfomance appraisal form, confirmation form & induction effectiveness form.
Gap of 2 or more has to be immediately identified.

It's nice information. These are common parameters. You must different parameters workers, clerks, supervisor, officers, managers etc. Keep on posting.
