The structure is good, but I think some concepts are not clear. For example, HRA is 40% of Basic, not 20%, and the medical allowance is fixed at 1250.

Right Sharma Ji, I am also confused about this. Can anyone provide me with a perfect salary structure that includes all allowances as per the rules?
