Qualification:
MBA-HR, MSW, MLW or relevant Master Degree in HR with more than 5 years of experience preferably in medium scale manufacturing industry in HR.
Job Responsibilities:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including staffing, compensation, performance management, employee/labor relations, legal compliance, employee training & development, change management, HR Policy, recruitment & selection.
• Strong background and experience in manufacturing environments
• 3-5 years of management experience in HR, including people management
Knowledge of MS-office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is must.
