Dear Mahesh,

Thank you for posting the PPT. It has already been posted; I remember seeing it earlier. I checked and found that it is available on the Net at this link: [Cracked Pot - Chinese Proverb. Inspirational Wisdom | PowerPoint Presentation](http://www.guy-sports.com/humor/videos/cracked_pot.htm). Please try to post some original material created by you.

Regards.

Dear Mahesh,

A very nice one. Incidentally, I have been using it in our training program, especially on awareness of self and sometimes for self-stigma. It had gone well with the audience; in fact, it had a better impact with the visuals. Good one to share.

In fact, without that side of the (cracked) pot, the woman would have a hard time (totally off balance) carrying the water every day. You should add this usefulness of the cracked pot in the slide, too. There is always a reason for our existence.
