ISO/TS Audit: What HR Needs to Know About Documentation and Roles

Can somebody guide me for the role in ISO/TS audit by HR? What are the documentation parts HR has to complete?

Main thing required is employees' records related to education, training, skills, and experience. Although job descriptions are not mandatory as per ISO 9001, it is better to keep a job description for all positions.

For recruitment, the minimum criteria are used when HR conducts preliminary interviews. For training, the requirements include training assessment, training details, and the effectiveness of the training.
