ISO / TS Audit - HR Role????

Dear Seniors,
Can somebody guide me for the role in ISO / TS audit by HR??
What are the documentation part HR as to complete???

Main thing required is Employees record related to Education, training, skills & experience. Although job descriptions are not mandatory as per ISO 9001 - Better to keep the job description of all the post.
For recruitment - minimum criteria that is used when HR conducts preliminary interview.
For training - Training assesment, training details and effectiveness of training.
