Short Hand speed: 100-120 wpm.
Handling the schedule of appointments of the Chairman.
Travelling schedule of Chairman / Ticketing Coordination.
Co-ordination with all department for MIS.
Compilation reports & presentations.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Should be presentable.
Overall office administration and coordination.
Contact and other Data base maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be graduate
2. Minimum 10 yrs experience in finance related work
3. Good Communication skills
4. Proficient with Microsoft office – specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Microsoft Outlook etc.
