Topics for debate - to be organized for an IT concern?

Hi All, Can u pls suggest to me some topics for debate to be organized in my concern. Mine is an IT concern the employees are Be/Btech, BSc, MSc. The topics can be general and not too technical. It should be a topic to be spoken on both sides. For and against. Please suggest.
