I am trying to make an HR monthly report for my company, just don't knwo more what to add.
And I have been having troubles calculating Turnover. My company has many stores and employees and continously being replaced..

There seems to be an error with the document. What are the areas you your trying to address in the HR Report ? Lets find out what would suit your firm.
Ideally , its the head count along with the attrition data . Few areas such as employee engagement activities might be mentioned in the adjunct.
