Understanding "Total Absent Mandays During the Month"

Could you please explain the indicator above? I am trying to make an HR monthly report for my company, but I'm unsure what to add.

I have been having trouble calculating turnover. My company has many stores and employees that are continuously being replaced. Do you think you can help me?

There seems to be an error with the document. What areas are you trying to address in the HR Report? Let's find out what would suit your firm. Ideally, it's the headcount along with the attrition data. A few areas, such as employee engagement activities, might be mentioned in the adjunct.
