Competency Test

Dear All,
As our company is planning to introduce new competency system to evaluate the candidates during recruitment, we have framed a questionnaire based on the different competencies relevant to each position/ job profile which has five options for candidate to tick from Strongly Agree, Agree, Nether Agree nor Disagree, Disagree and Strongly Disagree. The mark depends on the nature of the questions (positive questions will have weightage as follows Strongly Agree(1), Agree(0.5), Nether Agree nor Disagree(0), Disagree(-0.5) and Strongly Disagree(-1), negative question will have weightage as follows Strongly Agree(-1), Agree(-0.5), Nether Agree nor Disagree(0), Disagree(0.5) and Strongly Disagree(1) . Now we need help in evaluating the candidates results based on the answers given by them.
Also request you all to suggest if there is any other method to evaluate the test.
