Enhancing Employee Referrals Through Effective HR Policies - Insights and Best Practices

This is Poornima, working as an HR generalist in an IT firm. I am in the process of putting a referral policy in place. Could you please forward some attractive employee referral policies? Also, could someone please suggest where I can find some of the best HR policies and procedures? Is it available somewhere on the net or in books? Please revert back with your advice and suggestions.

Dear Poornima,

Referral Policy is just a part of the whole HR Policy. You don't have to go for the whole, but you may add the referral policy-related information into the existing one after selecting the mode of referral, as well as the benefits to the employees.
