Conversely, if you are looking for an HR professional from the manufacturing sector, you can expect a lower CTC of 4-5 lakhs. However, managing someone from a hard-core environment might pose challenges.

Regarding the salary structure for IT professionals, establish a salary range based on experience levels. For Trainees, begin with 5000 and increase to 8000 after 6 months, with a further raise to 12,000 post-appraisal.
