It was a nice presentation, which shows how much effort you have put in.

I would suggest that you elaborate on the slide "Principles need to be aligned with the action plan." This was the most important slide, in my opinion, in this presentation and should be discussed and elaborated on more.

Overall, it was a good effort with respect to its contents and direction.

Dear Leena,

You have done a fabulous job in designing a presentation in a very simple way, which otherwise would have been a complicated topic. Since your study shows that the career plan you have designed is based on competency, in my opinion, I feel that you should also give some examples so that the people who are viewing them understand faster. For example, an Engineering/Office Trainee joining the company over a period of time possesses/develops appropriate behavioral and technical competencies. What will be his journey from entry-level to the top ladder? (Something of this sort.)
