What’s a Fair Salary for PHP Developers with 1-2 Years Experience in a New IT Firm?

I am working in a newly started IT company that specializes in web-based projects, mainly in PHP. Can anyone help me with the salary part? Like, what is the normal salary given to a candidate in a company similar to ours, a candidate having one or two years of experience?

Normally, the salary structure (basic, HRA, & ctc, and size of the company) depends on the cost of living and metrics. However, when it comes to Hyderabad, we pay 6000 CTC for the Trainee Programmers (freshers). For PHP programmers with 2+ years of experience, we will offer 15k initial CTC, and there will be a 3-month probation period. After 12 months, they are eligible for a hike up to 18-20k per month.
