Lawrence - so true and correct, these are typical behaviours of a poor leader and their presence as leaders is a disaster to the organisation. Unfortunately the management thinks it's the team under them that performs badly.

Its realy very good lawrence, all of us do keep doing the same thing intentionally or unintentionally. Its our larger than life egos that helps to fuel the same.
