Hi, I need some help regarding setting up a system for training - specifically about the four quadrants of learning and skills matrix. Can anyone send me any material on the same?
Thank you. However, I was actually looking for something different. There are four stages: the first stage is learning, the second is when the person can work with supervision, the third is without supervision, and the fourth is when he can train other people. Do you have any information or materials regarding this?
Hello Vashwini, The best thing to do is search the web using keywords from your query. Please take a look at some of the links at [Google Search for learning doing and teaching + four stages of learning](http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=learning+ doing+and+teaching+%2B+four+stages+of+learning& ;amp;btnG=Google+Search&meta=&rlz= 1R2SKPB_enGB332&aq=f&oq=). Have a nice day.
1. Unskilled: Needs supervision, can't work alone.
2. Skilled: Can work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Expert: No supervision required, but unable to train others.
4. Master: Can work independently and can train others.
