Can you please suggest to me how to approach the HR manager (company management staff) to start employee engagement activities in a mid-sized BPO company where I am working (approximately 100 employees)? Currently, there are no employee engagement activities taking place in this company, and it seems that the Company HR manager is not showing any interest in employee relations or interactions. Could you please suggest some actions that can be taken against the HR manager? Additionally, I would appreciate suggestions for employee engagement activities so that I can propose them to the Company HR manager and other management staff.
