Is the ESI Logo Mandatory on Challans for Bank Acceptance? Need Quick Advice!

Dear Friends,

Kindly help and answer my query. I was tired of filling the ESI challan one by one. So I downloaded the challans from Cite HR so that if one is filled, the other three get automatically filled. Now my boss is telling me that the ESI challan should have the ESI logo in the top corner, or else it will not be accepted. Is it true that the logo should be there?

Please reply so that I can send it to the bank today.

No one answered; however, I submitted the downloaded challan without the logo. The bank accepted it. This is for those who might have a similar query.

Your query is correct. ESIC Challan formats are different types according to the dispensary. (Very few regions have other formats). If you visit the ESIC website, you will have the latest formats available with the logo.

LOGO is not required on the challan. The bank and ESI office accept it without the LOGO. If your boss does not agree with you, you can download it from the ESIC site, scan the document where the logo is available, cut only the LOGO, and paste it on your ESI challan. I hope you will find it, and your boss will also agree.
