Overtime (esi And Pf Applicable Or Not)

Dear,
Please tell me some deduction detail.
My employees working 12 HRS every day and I have Paid 4 HRS Overtime and deduct the ESI 1.75% On O.T but I don�t deduct the PF 12% on O.T. Please tell me I am applicable to deduct the PF on O.T or not.
