Can you please tell me how to find employee motivation in my company, which has units all over the country? What should be the process? How should I go about it?

Hi Amit,

I'm sure you would know that motivation is highly subjective and individual-oriented. You cannot have a motivational package for your organization spread all over the country. Motivational influences are also subject to cultural and environmental factors. The best thing you could do is to train your supervisors down the line to motivate the employees working under them.

Alignment of aims, purpose, and values between staff, teams, and the organization is the most fundamental aspect for finding motivation. The better the alignment and personal association with organizational aims, the better the platform for motivation.

Motivation is a complex area. It is different for each person. Motivational receptiveness and potential in everyone change from day to day and situation to situation.
