Whether Ranbaxy should engage in bulk production of generic drugs or focus on molecular research, right?

Is this subject not related to management disciplines other than HRM?

What is its relevance in this forum?

Is it a case of "found a good PPT on the net, so posted it"?

What a waste of time and energy (including electrical), not to mention the depreciation of IT assets and environmental impact.

Kindly be discerning enough and selective in what you post in this forum.

Probably the use of such harsh words was not required. I prepared it from a Strategic HRM perspective of Ranbaxy. I thought that it would be useful to others as it includes quite a depth of Ranbaxy's management perspective. If it was not worthy, I will take care in the future.
