heyy guys.. i m doing a project on employee motivational need analysis..and i searched a hell lot of sites to find d questionnaire n i couldnt find 1.. so i went thru lot of sites n by lookin at many questionnaires i made one. hope it wl be useful for u all if needed..its basically on maslows hierarchy..

Thanks for posting the questionnaire. While framing questions one should ensure that only one item/factor is asked per question; for example, please see Q4 of the questionaire attached in the initiator's message.

How do you measure this questionnaire? There are only questions - no measurement analysis?
