Struggling to Draft a Company Proposal Letter for a New Staffing Firm – Any Advice?

I am working for a newly launched staffing company (recruiting firm) and we are looking to set up the process, and I am finding it difficult to align the process. So, I would request all the senior members if you could help me to better my process in a more defined way. That would be of great help.

My bad luck, I am not able to draft the company introduction letter/proposal letter properly to my satisfaction and was trying to browse all the sites to at least get a few samples, but unfortunately, couldn't find any sample letters. To my surprise, I found this site and thought this is a good way to request help from the most senior people in the community.

It would be difficult to design a proposal or introductory letter for you since the USPs of your recruitment firm, its niche offerings, strengths, history, etc. would be best known to you, as you are associated with it.

However, in terms of broad guidance, you may include the following:

1. Inception of the firm
2. Strengths
3. Types of recruitment
4. Levels/Positions served
5. Industries served
6. Staff advantage/profile
7. Service Offerings
8. Quality of candidates
9. Service Timelines
10. Service Guarantees
11. Payment Terms

In case you think something else needs to be mentioned, feel free to include it. Remember, there is no fixed format for such letters, and each firm will have its own 'story' to tell.
