You can include questions like the type of training, i.e., classroom training or practical training, training arrangements, the duration of training. You can frame questions about the training equipment used during training. Inquire about the trainer - his behavior, his methods, his coordination, motivational advice, how strictly he follows the rules and regulations during training. How were the other participants? How many of them were effective? Go through these general questions. Maybe you will get better options.

My assignment is to evaluate the training that is being imparted by UNPOL to the local Sudanese police so that new strategies, if needed, can be formulated. I will also have to conduct an impact analysis of the various police trainings provided by UNPOLICE. These trainings encompass both theoretical and practical aspects, including field training.
