Hi Daesbels,
Both job satisfaction and employee satisfaction are quite synonymous terminologies.
In professional parlance, job satisfaction could be included as a subset of employee satisfaction as the former leads to the latter.
In simple words, job satisfaction leads to employee satisfaction in a business environment. The converse is also true.
However, strictly speaking, there may be other factors that may lead to employee satisfaction such as social recognition, rewards, Co-branding, Co performance, etc.
It again depends as to what is covered under job satisfaction. For some, it may just be the job in question while for some, it may go so far and wide as to include 'institution building' or say, 'recognition of societal social cause'. etc.
