Difference Between Job Performance And Employee Performance

hi, can anybody help me to find the difference between job satisfaction and employee satisfaction??
i also request you to help me find out the impact of job satisfaction on job performance.

job satisfaction is attitude of the employee towards his/her job......employee satisfaction is again the same .......so essentially u r talking bout the same thing...but naming it differently (sophistry)

Both job satisfaction and employee satisfaction are quite synonymous terminologies.
In professional parlance, job satisfaction could be included as a subset of employee satisfaction as the former leads to the latter.
In simple words, job satisfaction leads to employee satisfaction in a business environment. The converse is also true.
However, strictly speaking, there may be other factors that may lead to employee satisfaction such as social recognition, rewards, Co-branding, etc.
It again depends as to what is covered under job satisfaction. For some, it may just be the job in question while for some, it may go so far and wide as to include 'institution building' or say, 'recognition of societal social cause'.
