To grow, one organization believes in innovation, another in creativity, another in strategic thinking, and one in leadership. But one organization shouldn't be influenced by others. It means the organization relies on its strength and opportunities. Don't react immediately to how others...
(A small story to illustrate the above three lines:
Everybody knows the Rabbit & Tortoise Story. In that story, the Rabbit loses the game in the first attempt. But the second time, the Rabbit realizes and wins the game without any sleeping...
From here, I am redefining the story...
Then the Tortoise decided that at any cost, I can't win this game. Then the Tortoise changes the place...
This time, the Tortoise asks the Rabbit: Can you participate in a race in water?
By this, the Rabbit drops out of the battle...
Interpretation of this Story:
The Rabbit is strong in a race when it is on the ground.
But it is weak in water.
The Tortoise is strong in water.
