It would be better if to date is also included.
say, from 01-07-1997 to 31-03-2009..
.
This helps in fixing the age on a particular day before recruiting.
.
Problem, without the TO date are if the System Date is wrong, you would
end up calculating wrong date..
Think of this ???

Nice presentation,
But it can be done otherwise also with functions "DATEDIF" and "TODAY" (or any date). It would be lot more easier and also useful in calculations for age, due dates, confirmation dates ... etc...
Anyone interested in learning??

It is a very simple toll but some need calculator to do this calculation but thanks for the same and hope it would be usesful to others.
