Hi. Can anyone please give me the KRA of an Asst.Manager HR and Admin in a manufacturing company??? I need this urgently.

Conducting Performance evaluation against KRA
Conducting regular HR meets,
Motivational training programmes,
Conducting satisfaction surveys,
Conducting picnics and festive gatherings.
Preparation of Monthly and yearly leave and overtime reports
Preparation of Salary structure
Conducting salary review
Promotion plan
Preparation and maintenance of Individual records and statutory records
Ensuring that all House keeping and administration duties are performed by the respective personnel

HI all,

Currently I m having the under mentioned profile whcih as per me are not fully capable for being an AM HR.

Independently handling the Production Unit of 350 employees.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handling complete recruitment from junior to middle level.

• Completing Joining formalities and Induction programs.

• Prepare and execute the training programs for staff as well as workers.

• Maintaining HR MIS of entire production Unit.

• Timely preparation and submission of ESI and PF forms and challans in the respective offices.

• Ensure timely salary preparation and distribution of overtime , Preparing expense sheets and other official letters when required.

• Documentation of ISO papers & coordination for ISO 9000 & 14001 Audit with All department.

• Formulating & Implementing HR System & Policies.

• Disciplinary Actions & Grievance handling.

• Follow up for Day to day general Administration i.e. – Housekeeping, Maintenance.

• Supervision & Processing of Time office function.

• Supervision of tight security in the company premises.

• Motivate employees, Analyze and resolves employee grievance and keep their morale high.

• Looking after employee safety, welfare and health.

• Supervising discipline and conduct within the organization

• Maintaining effective relations with all the departments in the production house.

Please Suggest me more responsibilities .How can I grow myself...
