How Can We Boost Blood Donation Awareness? Share Your Thoughts and Experiences

Great day!

I am in the midst of preparing my assignment (subject: Social Marketing) on how Blood Donation Campaign contributes to increasing people's awareness of the importance of donating blood and to increase the number of voluntary blood donors so that there is no such thing as an insufficient supply in the blood bank.

So here, I'm gonna need your help to answer my simple survey as below. Please participate as I need at least 50 sets of answers...

For those who donated blood:

1. What makes you donate blood?

2. Will you donate again?

3. Do you have any idea on how to make the blood donation campaign a success?

For those who never donated:

1. Why are you not donating? (Please just state "Not Able to donate" if you have a privacy reason, i.e., illness)

2. Are you aware that there is always an insufficient supply in the blood bank?

3. What (do you think) will make you donate blood? (disregard this question if you have a privacy reason in question number 1)

I am a regular blood donor with O positive blood type. Over the past 4 years, I have donated blood 10 times.

For those who donate blood:

1. What motivates you to donate blood?
One of my friends told me about the importance of blood donation. Many people are dying due to the lack of blood in hospitals and blood banks. Therefore, I decided to donate blood every three months until my last breath.

2. Will you donate again?
Yes, I will continue to donate blood until I leave this world.

3. Do you have any ideas on how to make the blood donation campaign a success?
Many people are not aware of blood donation, and many are frightened to donate due to misinformation. We can make the campaign a success by motivating young people, such as college students, our friends, and relatives, to participate.
