Developing a Chemical Safety Training Manual for 10,000 Textile Workers: Any Advice?

Dear all,

I am working in a large business group. We have a composite textile unit with more than 10,000 employees. Since it is a textile unit, there is a use of various chemicals in different production processes. I am looking to develop a training module/manual for the employees who handle chemicals. Could anyone please help me with this?

Dear Friend,

Please collect MSDS, i.e., Material Safety Data Sheet, and provide training on it. It is very useful.

Give training on "How to handle (hazardous) Chemicals."

Provide training on the "Importance of PPE" (Personal Protective Equipment) and its usage.

Exhibit "Dos and Don'ts of Chemicals."

Display posters or printouts on "safety measures to handle chemicals."

I think this will be enough for you.
