hi Reena ...
Well ... I have always believed that
"To get the Right Answers,
Always ASK the Right Questions"

Wether the Questions are directed to ourselves or others....
btw ... I liked you signature quote ...
I have used one for almost 6 years now without any change
: I read Impossible as I'M Possible :

hey, thats wat i was emphasizing - work life balance. that means both are important.
u know wat, v get 2 holidays in a week - one sunday & another weekly holiday which depends on batch to batch. i would say i'm luckier in that aspect.

Dear reena,
Work and Family are both important for any person. I feel that there is no need to scarifice family for work instead you can work smartly by saving time for both the things.
Everyone should remember this:
"Work smarter than harder."

Guys
but i really dont understand the differences between poll and reviews. none of them agreed about sacrifice of family for work, but views shows that many are varied and doesnt reflet that poll result.
:? :? :?
anyway good response
