I completed my postgraduate studies in HR. Can you please help me with resume writing and how to prepare for interviews? Could you also provide me with a resume format?

I am just doing my PG, a program related to CV preparation was conducted in my college, so I think I can provide you with some tips. The best book for aptitude is R.S. Agarwal's verbal and non-verbal reasoning. Regarding the resume, the order should be:

1. Name (not in caps) in the left corner, email, and phone number in the right corner.
2. Objective
3. Personal traits (strengths)
4. Technical expertise
5. Qualification or academic profile
6. Experience (projects done, in-plant training, industrial visit)
7. Achievements
8. Extracurricular activities
9. Personal profile (DOB, address)
10. References if any
