Seeking Insights on Conducting a Gallup Survey for Employee Engagement Levels

Hi Friends,

I am currently working on an assignment related to conducting an Org Climate survey to find the level and percentage of employee engagement. As per my findings, this kind of survey is typically conducted by Gallup Management, hence known as Gallup Survey-Employee Engagement. If there is someone who has any additional information regarding the same, please reply.

Please help me to know about the employee engagement status of an employee using the following example.

If an employee has answered the following statements (points) of Q12 with ratings from 1 to 5, where 1 denotes extreme dissatisfaction and 5 denotes extreme satisfaction, how can we determine his engagement status?

0. Overall satisfaction: 4
1. Expectations: 4
2. Materials and equipment: 3
3. Opportunity to do what I do best: 4
4. Recognition for good work: 4
