Is Our Small Business Required to Register for PF with 14 Employees? Seeking Advice

Hi seniors,

I understand that there have been many posts regarding PF applicability for the organization. The recent amendment states that any organization with 10 or more employees comes under PF. Our organization employs 14 people, and none of them fall under the 6500 bracket.

Could you please advise if we should still proceed with registering for PF?

Hi Anisha!

I believe the total employee strength should be a minimum of 20. I believe your organization is not applicable to PF. If needed, you can register voluntarily.
