WHICH IS EASIER- SELECTION OR REJECTION

I agree that in practical terms selecting is harder. But I don't have a huge problem with not selecting people. Rather than thinkingof it as a rejection, I frame it as a "not yet" type of discussion, with some feedback as to how they can get closer to the company requirements.
It's then up to the candidate to assess the value in taking this advice.

i agree with one of the earlier respondents who said there is no point being emotional about hiring or rejection as these guys dont get emotional about the plight of the HR guy/gal who recruited them when theyre job hopping do they?
Its business for us, and them.

i regret but i disagreee with uer views . cos no person is a scrap.... its the circumstances which he is not fit into for that moment.....

during my project i had been to two of most cool institutes for campus placement.... my project being study of recrt n selection process...... i was also part n parcel of panel ...n hence found that one chap who was underdog in his written performance got the sit ...the only one n he crossed all the hurdels of gd- twice n pi the reverse was in national fire service college nagpur .. the brighter n activer got hte place but every one was ... ofcourse at last selection was done on psychological and aptitudal ground...... th ebasic criteria .

so dear its hard to judge whats inside the box of chocolate unless u taste it u ll never know ....

u know rejection is a hard process think u r asking uer friend colluge to resign or anyperson who has family n dependent...... and rest of the thiongs like ctc n statutory obligations n unrest n disputes n union matters nn n n n .... so mucha n ...........but afteralll we have to be dog... barking at owners will...

finally i ll say selection is easier if compared with rejection
