My office is undergoing total renovation.we are in a temp office now. In 15 days we will move back. I am asked to implement 5S technique in the new office. Request to help me with study materials on 5S and TQM applications for a corporate office.

Implementation tips are a lot.
1. Collect some materials reg 5S from the internet.
2.Make a meeting with all dept staff.
3.Ask them to prepare a checklist for a particular area. Dont leave any area.
4. Assign responsibilty for completing the work as per checklist.
5.Review once in a week.
