1. Collect some materials regarding 5S from the internet.
2. Arrange a meeting with all department staff.
3. Request them to prepare a checklist for a specific area. Ensure no area is overlooked.
4. Assign responsibility for completing the work as per the checklist.
5. Review the progress weekly.
