However, I would like to suggest that you prepare self-explanatory slides, perhaps with some examples and quantitative/qualitative data. Since you are not here in front of us, i.e., the audience, for explaining and/or conveying the message that you want to deliver.

Empathy is a critical human skill that may be highlighted. Just as we cannot choose our parents and bosses, one cannot also choose one's HR Manager. Hence the additional responsibility on the HR professional to be empathetic at all times - the ability to be in the shoes of the employee and facilitate resolution of issues in time.

If I wanted to make a PowerPoint presentation, I would start with a general story of a "great leader." From there, we can begin discussing the qualities of a leader as a motivator, as an initiator, as a problem solver, as someone high in emotional intelligence, good at human skills, etc.

In one word, a HR manager should be a good leader; he just has to know how to manage his human resources effectively. You can try this theme if you are thinking of presenting this PowerPoint to somewhere (if you like). Anyways, according to me, your PowerPoint is capturing all the qualities, but you can add one more: "high emotional quotient."

You can start with the story of any leader and relate the qualities of a good leader with the qualities of a great HR personnel. Anyways, good effort. The PowerPoint presentation is good. However, it can be made more impressive with some examples, practical experiences, and pictures.

It is a good presentation, suitable for any manager. I think the color scheme of the presentation was very bright, and to me, it does not look very professional. The slides are brighter than the words inside the slide.

I hope you will not take my comments otherwise.

Good job! Particularly useful for fresh management graduates who want to embark on a career in HR, this will give them a key idea of what they need. I will surely ask my students to go through this slide.

I think you have put in good efforts; almost all the skills are covered. I suggest that we, being in the HR profession, have to look after cost-effectiveness and stress management too.

The presentation is really good; I like it. However, I suggest you change the font color with the dark background. The light color font gives you as well as the reader a good impact. The HR manager should be a problem/conflict solver as well. Good work.
