Instructional Designing Course.........please Help

Hi,
I would like to know is there any institute in Mumbai which imparts skills on Instructional designing. I work as a process trainer in one of the leading ITES company and think this would help me to enhance my skill sets
I am aware that Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning imparts 6 months distance learning certificate course in Instructional Designing, is this certificate course helpful

I have heard that a Call-centre work experience has no market value if you wish to join some other industry, of course I'm not talking about industries where u need professional skills. Is it so
I'm working as a process trainer in one of the BPO's in Mumbai since last 2 years,is is that this work experience has no value
How can I get into corporate trainings,
Please assist , I would request senior's from HR to guide me in this repect
