Seeking Instructional Design Courses in Mumbai: Is a Distance Learning Certificate Worth It?

I would like to know if there is any institute in Mumbai that imparts skills in Instructional Designing. I work as a process trainer in one of the leading ITES companies and think this would help me enhance my skill sets.

I am aware that Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning offers a 6-month distance learning certificate course in Instructional Designing. Would this certificate course be helpful?

I suggest that you must look at Dr. Robert F. Mager's "Six Pack" - a bible of ISD. I am sure this will help you.

I have heard that a call center work experience has no market value if you wish to join some other industry. Of course, I'm not talking about industries where you need professional skills. Is it so?

I'm working as a process trainer in one of the BPOs in Mumbai for the last 2 years. Is it true that this work experience has no value? How can I get into corporate trainings?

Please assist. I would request seniors from HR to guide me in this respect. Eagerly waiting for your help more than a reply.
