Services of employees governed by Industrial employment standard standing order Act or certified Industrial employment standard standing order Act and as per service rules of establishment. Conditions of service rule you can use for the misconduct and mention in termination letter.
One more provision of Industrial employment standard standing order Act also cover the various misconduct of serious misconduct and all serious misconduct defined in this act.
On the ground of serious misconduct you can terminate employee stating his misconduct like theift , moral turpitude , misbehave to others and many more reason as defined in the act.
