Manpower to be handled in the Region: 120- 140.

Good command over English and Regional Language.
Rolls and Responsibilities
1 Ensure successful salary uploading by 2nd of every month.
2 Regular coordination with Corp HRD for the updation of Employee database and ensuring Regional payroll process.
3 Arranging regular internal and external training and documentation of training details as prescribed in ISO 9000 .
4 Ensure strict attendance recording, leave recording, and security system management as per company policy.
5 Timely submission of statutory payments and returns.
6 Implementation of HR and Admin policy.
7 Timely recruitment for the approved vacancies as per the recruitment policy of the company.
8 Ensure timely Performance appraisal– in Coordination with Regional Operational Heads.
9 Preparation of MIS, metrics and updation to concerned on regular basis
10 Completing Joining formalities and Full and Final Settlement.
11 Ensuring Mentorship activities are implemented as per the company policy.
12 Ensuring company vehicles documents are renewed prior to expire date.
13 Ensure timely vendor payments, negotiation and documentation of agreements.
