Basic Wages/EPF

my basic salary is 4300
da 2300
lta 5400 p.a
daily allowance is 95/- per day and it is conditional (that depends upon completion of target of every day, which normally we makes it complete, and calculate daily allowance for 22 days a month )

Dear All,
It is clear that
Minimum Wage means Basic + DA + Cash value for food (if any) + Retaining allownace (if any)
PF is to be deducted on Basic +DA
No PF Deduction on Leave Encashment as per recent Judgement.
Lot of discussion is going on on Citelegal.com on the same issue and lot of HR professional has posted the comments.

Dear All,
perhaps you are not aware that PF deduction on leave encashment was compulsory till two years back now it has been optional.

salary means only salary you are getting
but whn u get D.A with salary then both of, are included in salary
and in the same way
for the calculation of pf salary is taken but whn u get both salary and D.A thn both are taken for the purpose of pf calculation
have u got it

Please provide any judgement of SC or HC on the subject "E P F Basic Wages shall not be less then the minimum wages inclusive of Basic + DA = Minimum Wages.
