Congrates. Good to listen. Parts of speech and the order arranged look good. But my personal opinion is that the noun and verb portion would be detailed and with some more examples.

I am confused with one of your examples for Adverb i.e.
He usually gets good grades.
Is 'good' an adverb or an adjective ?

Good effort and usefull at the basic level, sure your part two will cover some common errors that occur while speaking or writing in english, because that is he need of the hour for those who have problem in spoken english.
