Salary Fixation

Hi Manimegalai.
DA & HRA are basically depends upon the employer. there is not any rule to fix DA & HRA. But fixing DA should be more than Minimum wages act based on particular state & the place. PF is 12% on Basic & DA. where in the 12% can be for full Basic & DA or it can be limited to Maximum of 6500/-
Gratuity will come into picture only completion of 5years of employement. no need to bother now. even that will be 15days per annum of the last pay.
