The Act is regarding the out-of-state people (especially for unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workmen) working in your current state for doing contract works. For this, the Government has fixed some specific wages to pay to the working-class people. It's almost like the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, but rules and regulations were modified accordingly.
