One of the widely used test for general personality assessment is the MPTI( Myers-Briggs Personality Types Inventory). It is easy to administer but the analysis requires some basic skills and knowledge.

MBTI test is the best to be conducted in a company,U can conduct it on line for all /if the co.size is small u can conduct it with all,
Firo-B again is very gud but u need xperts for the test.
I think u should go for MBTI
