Marooned Game is good and the idea can be further developed to impress the concept of 'Conscious incompetence '
and i found these as nice starters

this is an excellent ending game

Whenever, I have sought information about a topic of concern, I hve been able to get it easily. Being in the field of H.R.D., I very often need to know the current developments in the field, especially what is happening in the present day organisations. I feel case studies etc. would certainly add more value.
