Marooned Game is good, and the idea can be further developed to impress the concept of 'Conscious incompetence.'

I found these as nice starters:
- Paper airplane
- Positive Reinforcement Cards Game
- This is an excellent ending game
- Sunshine Cards Game

I was just searching for such icebreakers. There is too much information on the internet. Thanks for making my effort simpler. I liked them because they were short and precise and don't involve much expense.

Whenever I have sought information about a topic of concern, I have been able to get it easily. Being in the field of H.R.D., I very often need to know the current developments in the field, especially what is happening in present-day organizations. I feel case studies, etc., would certainly add more value.
