New to HR in Cement Industry: Can Anyone Explain the Cement Wage Board?

Hi, Dear All,

I'm new to this site. Presently working in the Personnel department of a cement plant. Can anybody provide me with details about the cement wage board?

I am Vijay Thakre, working with Ambuja Cement in Chandrapur, Maharashtra. I hold the position of Working President at Ambuja Cement Mazdoor Congress. I am seeking a copy of the G. Ramanujam & RP Neotia Cement Wage Board Arbitration Award from 1983.
