When a new employee joins any organization, they have to fill out a lot of forms such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Nomination, Joining Report, etc. Please find attached herewith the Personal File, where you only need to fill out one application form, and the rest of the forms are automatically filled out. This can save you a lot of time in this lengthy process. Please let me know how you like this Excel sheet.

I would like to add my recently proposed personal file data contents. 'LHr' stands for Local HR and 'chr' for Central HR. 'EPF' stands for employee personal file and 'PMs' for performance management system.
