plz help me about factory act related returns. how many returns filled in the factory act :confused: for the manufacturing company.

there r 3 returns filed by the employer in factories act 1948
1.annual return in form 21
2.half yearly return in form22
3.monthly accident return on dangerous happenings to be submitted by 1st week of feb in from 31

Greetings for the day!!!
You need followings returns to be filled under Factories Act, 1948
1. Notice of Accident/ Dangerous Occurence within 4 hours of Occurence to Inspector/ Director of Factories and for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
2. Report of Accident within 12 hours of Occurence to Inspector/ Director of Factories and for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
3. Half Yearly Return by 15th July of every Year to Concerned Director/ Inspector for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
4. Application for Renewal of Licence by 30th Oct to Concerned Director/ Inspector for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules

Dear Sir,
We'll use Form 4 A for change factory manager as per UP Factory Act & this to be send to Director/Deputy Director/Asst.Director Factory .
