How to Write a Company Letter Confirming Receipt of Employee Documents?

jitha
Dear All,

I am looking for a format of a letter informing that the company has taken a few original documents from an employee when he joined. The letter should be written on behalf of the company. This letter will be given by the company to the employee for his/her satisfaction.

Expecting a reply.

Hi,

This is very good. I was about to ask everyone on the site about this formal letter. This has also helped me by providing some good information.
