Formal Letter !

Dear All,
I am looking for a format of a letter...telling...that the company has taken few original documents from an employee when he joined.
The letter should be written on behalf of the company...
This letter will be given by the company to the employee for his/her satisfaction.

Pls note you have to bring this letter with you while you come back to collect your Credential at the end of the Contract period.
