'Infotype P0017 Could Not Be Read'.

Dear Friends:
In Travel Management, When I select Trip - Travel Manager, I am getting the following error 'Infotype P0017 could not be read'.
Further Analysis says, In Personnel Administration check the existence and validity of infotype P0017.
I want this error to be solved.Please explain in details.

I checked my settings
they are as:
Our IT0017 is set with Time Constraint = 2.
