Travel Management Error: How Do I Fix the 'Infotype P0017 Could Not Be Read' Issue?

Dear Friends:
In Travel Management, When I select Trip - Travel Manager, I am getting the following error 'Infotype P0017 could not be read'.
Further Analysis says, In Personnel Administration check the existence and validity of infotype P0017.
I want this error to be solved.Please explain in details.

I checked my settings. They are as follows:

Our IT0017 is set with Time Constraint = 2. For completeness, here are our settings for IT0017 in V_T582A:
